Light Zone (“we”) is run by Light. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You sign in with your email or Google account. Keep access to it secure; you're responsible for what's posted from your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the upload guidelines.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the models and images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you made them or have the right to share them, and you give Light a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, preview and distribute them on Light Zone and in Light's apps, so other people can download and use them.

Unless your description says otherwise, people who download your model may use it for personal, non-commercial projects, including displaying it on their Light. If you want different terms (for example a Creative Commons license), state them in the description.

We review uploads and may decline, remove or stop distributing any content at any time.

What you download

Models are shared by the community and are free. Respect each creator's stated license and give credit where they ask. Models are provided as-is; we don't guarantee they're accurate, safe or fit for any particular use.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Light Zone infringes your rights, email support@getlight.tech with a link to the model and proof that you own the work. We'll review it and remove infringing content.

Privacy

We store your email, profile details and the models you upload, likes and downloads. We count downloads using a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, never the raw address. We don't sell your data.

Changes and liability

Light Zone is free and provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Light isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or of downloaded models. We may change these terms; if the changes are significant we'll say so on the site.
